Your skin will be left feeling revitalised and your mind and body completely relaxed.   Back Massage (with optional back polish) (25 min) £30.00 The back is cleaned and exfoliated to help stimulate circulation and cell renewal, and then a deep aromatherapy massage helps to ease away all the tension that builds up in this neglected, hard to reach area.   Traditional Full Body Massage (55 min) £50.00 This Swedish massage is designed to stimulate the blood and lymphatic flow and to relieve the body of all its stress and tension, ideal for pre or post exercise to eliminate toxins.   Aromatherapy Body and Scalp Massage (1 hour 10 min) £60.00 Experience the benefits of deep body and scalp massage using individually chosen essential oils. This is both a relaxing and de stressing treatment focusing on acupressure points, leaving the body and mind calm and soothed.   Fell Walkers' Life Saving Back & Leg Massage (1 hour) £55.00 The back is cleansed; the body is brushed and exfoliated to help stimulate circulation and cell renewal, then calmed with a deep tension releasing aromatherapy massage. A warm mud mask is then applied to sooth and relax, whilst tired feet and legs are massaged to help you feel refreshed.   Luxury Holistic Total Body Care (1 hour 25 min) £75.00 A combination of skin brushing, exfoliation and a full body aromatherapy massage accompanied by a facial cleanse, massage and scalp massage make this treatment an ideal way to gain complete relaxation.   Pre-Natal Treatment (1 hour 20 min) £70.00 A total body treatment, carefully designed for pregnant and nursing mothers using the essential oils as advised by the Aromatherapy Organisation Council. Using Calendula oil, various muds and creams together with advanced massage techniques to safe areas, it leaves the skin toned and the client totally relaxed.   Body Polish (30 min) £30.00 Body brushing and exfoliation help to remove dead skin cells, giving back a glow and vitality, ideal before a massage or a holiday. Body moisturising balm is applied if no further treatment is requested.   Salt & Oil Scrub (25 min) £25.00 Skin brushing, invigorating and relaxing salt scrub to remove dead skin cells, improve tonicity and awaken your senses - showering off to reveal a softer/smoother skin.   Stimulating Hip/Thigh Treatment (50 min) £50.00 Assist combating the orange peel effect. Skin brushing and exfoliating are followed by an envelopment of either the seaweed algae gel or warm marine mud during which a deep relaxing scalp massage is carried out.   Luxury Top & Toe Treatment (1 hour) £55.00 Firstly feet are exfoliated, massaged and then wrapped in pink mud. While your feet are being softened enjoy a relaxing mini facial and scalp massage with aromatherapy oil of your choice.   Luxury Hand & Nail Treatment (55 min) £45.00 This treatment is ideal for overworked hands and nails. The cuticles, nails and skin are treated with aromatherapy products chosen specifically to suit your needs. We advise that nail varnish is not applied for at least 24 hours after the treatment, which includes paraffin wax envelopment.   Luxury Foot & Nail Treatment (55 min) £45.00 Give your feet special attention with this holistic treatment that includes gentle exfoliation, skin softening and relaxing aromatherapy massage. An ideal remedy for those with rough skin, tired and neglected feet or poor circulation. We advise that nail varnish is not applied for at least 24 hours after the treatment, which includes the envelopment of paraffin wax or softening mud.   St. Tropez Tanning System (full body 1 hour, half body 30 min) £45.00 Skin polish followed by tinted self-tanning lotion. Once developed can last up to a week.
